I’m about to do this again (first time was over 10 years ago and was awesome). About 4 years ago I stopped running after a fall and turf toe injury with avulsion fracture. Since then I’ve developed some arthritis and stiffness in that toe. I’m going to take it easy and I have Hoka rocker sole shoes but I’m wondering if anyone with similar affliction has any tips to share.
