  1. Help please. I purchased the c25k which included the push up squat and sit-up programs but I can’t find where to locate these in my app.
  2. I’ve been walking about 4-6km several days a week for a long time. Now I’m starting the app to improve my distance jogging How can I track my exercise for the length of time I exercise rather than the limited 20minutes on the app?
