I have the same issue! It turns out we are not alone. Others have posted that it disappears after a second and that's it. It cannot be retrieved. I upgraded to the pro version thinking that would solve the problem but it didn't. I will cancel my pro subscription as that is the only reason I paid for it. Pretty frustrating!
