This is the third time starting this program over the last two years. I began this journey again a little over four weeks ago. I started with the 30 second runs second guessing myself and if I really want this but pushed on this time. Today I completed the dreaded W4D3 on my first attempt! I have been worried I wouldn’t be able to complete it but somewhere I put my big girl panties on pushed forward. I decided it was time to join the running community because I think this time I am here to stay
