Hey! My name is Elsa I'm a 22 year old self titled non exerciser. My friends have started this couch 2 5k challenge and I decided to join in. My end goal is to run in a Disney 5k! I hope I can stick with it. I need to get some running shoes as all I have are converse. Any recommendations? I also am wondering what kind of stretching I should do before each work out? Finding the motivation to exercise is hard, but I think I'm finally in a place where I want/need to get healthier. Also is there any other apps you guys recommend? Looking forward to this journey.
