    I think they recommend that you can start about that week since you've already run a lot. If you do that week and it's too easy, then just skip forward again. If it's a little bit hard then you could just go back a week.

    Hi I been Running 10K 4 to 5 days a week so that’s 60 min of run time  since September 2018, I have just started the 13.1 Half Marathon App. Do I need to  go back to run walk, or can I skip forward to week 9 which is about the same run time, of an hour.
