  1. Just finished week 4 day 3. Found day 3 more tolerable than day 1 of this week which means program works I believe. Walking at 3.5. Running the 3 min sections at 6.0 and the 5 min sessions at 5.5. Found that helpful. Day one of this week I did all the runs at 6.0 and had to stop on day one with just one minute left of running. 51 year old heart attack survivor and triple bypass. New pipes holding up, feel good. Will see how week 5 goes that I have read so much about on here. That’s up next.
  2. Week 3 day 3 complete. Felt pretty decent after 3 weeks and all was good. Just finished week 4 day 1. Not so easy. I finished everything except the very last minute of running. Had to walk. But I said I owed the app one more minute of running. So I walked until I got wind back and then ran for one more minute to at least running for the total amount of minutes required. But felt disappointed. Speed is 3.5 walk and 6.0 run. May have to back down the run speed so don’t have to walk for very last minute. We shall see. No one responding to posts so think it’s just me out here.
  3. Week two now in the books. Just finished wk2 day 3. Not that bad. Def more challenging than week one of course. Kept speed the same for both weeks. 3.5 walk. 6.0 run on treadmill. Don’t know if that’s what I am supposed to be doing. But I can do it so I am thinking that it’s right ?? No info on the app about pace at all. Any advice always appreciated. Thanks !
  4. Week one in the books just finished wk1 day 3. It’s a start. 51, heart attack and triple bypass survivor 3 years ago. New pipes seem to be working fine, didn’t find week one that bad. I am Sure it gets harder. Treadmill only though. 6mph run and 3.5mph walk. Is that the right pace ?
  5. I agree. I just finished wk 1 day 2. But I don’t no what I am doing. Have to use treadmill so did both workouts at 6.0mph run speed while running and 3.5mph speed while walking. No clue though if that is right wrong or doesn’t matter. Seems this app is really just a timer ?? Doesn’t really say how many days to let go by between workouts. I am assuming it’s three days every other day ? Doesn’t say. Also not a lot of replies in forums. Hope expletive gets better but I did like the first two sessions so far.
  6. This may be really dumb. But I just finished Day 1 and it was fine. But can’t find in the app what I do next. Do I go three days in a row am I supposed to take a day off between each run or two days off or none? Might be app challenged but can’t find that on here. Also, nothing on here saying how fast or slow I should be running. What pace am I supposed to go at ? Without this information, this app just seems like a timer I could just use a stop watch for. Any help? I am sure it’s not but help on how long between run days if any and how fast am I supposed to be running at first and then as you go. Is there a link with that info I may have missed ? Sorry for the long post all help is appreciated.
