I've been using the C25K app for a fortnight and am truly amazed that I have got this far as I never stick with a fitness programme for long! I also use MyFitnessPal and have the two linked without any problems.
Tomorrow, I am starting the 200 sit ups challenge and wondered if there is a way of linking this to MyFitnessPal?
I am very new to all this so apologies if I've posted in the wrong place or asked something really dumb!
