Hello. My name Is John and I haven't ran in about 10 years. My kids convinced me to get the Couch to 5K app and challenged me to complete it and run with them in a 5K in late April. I really have my work cut out for me since I've only completed Day 2 of Week 1. There are a total of 8 weeks so I'm going to have to double and possibly triple up my workout pace. I really enjoy it though and look forward to running with them the 5K.
