I have been having a hard time in life. I have a medical condition that affects me physically and emotionally, it left me wandering around lost. I needed some type of goal in life so I am going to join the National Guard but I need to meet th3 physical requirements. I've never been a good runner so I need help getting there. This is MY way of making myself better.
