Hi my name is Terri and I’m on the journey of a lifetime! I completed my first run last year here in St. Louis. It was the first time I had ran since elementary school. I ran 5 miles in the snow and it took me an hour and twenty minutes. That’s about 16 minutes per mile...way to long. Well that’s race is coming up again on March 17th and my goal is to complete 5 miles under an hour. That means I need to run 12 minute miles the entire time!! I sure hope this app helps to build my endurance. I have lost 37lbs so far this year so maybe that would help me. I’ll keep you guys posted!
