  1. Thanks guys!! I think I'll start over....it will probably still be a couple days before I can start without coughing my brains out!
  2. I recently lost 78 lbs and decided to sign up for a 5k the end of May. Started train gong with C25K a week ago got through week one then got hit with the flu! Should I start on week 2 when I am better or start from the beginning?? This is all new to me! Thanks
