Hi I used to be heavy, and then I did sports and started running and got down to 50-160 pounds my sophomore and senior years of high school. After I graduated I really let myself go. In a little over 2 years I've gained 70 pounds and am now 230 pounds. I do not exercise at all and I eat crap food. I have a very hard time getting motivated to exercise. So I am hoping Couch to 5K will really help me get back to the way I was. I have had enough and I'm ready to do whatever it takes.
