Hi,
So I started C25K last week. I completed week 1. I was supposed to start week 2 today. However, somehow I jumped and started week 5 without even realizing. I guess I'm in better shape than I thought? Though I felt that week 1 was challenging the first two days, I felt great after the 3rd day. Anyway, the question now is... do I go back to week 2 now or should I just stick with week 5 since I know now that I can do it?
