I came to the forums looking for support because Im having the same issue when my iPhone goes to sleep. Im using an iPhone 6 with iOS 8.2. Once the phone goes to sleep, my music plays fine but all voice prompts stop working. Raising the volume when the voice is speaking did not solve the issue.
