Hey everyone, my name is Gage and i have a few questions. I live in Florida and spring is starting which means it will be warming up, but i think i have the right wear. I have a good pair of nike with the mesh, gym shorts and just a t shirt. I figure this is a basic starter. Anyways, the app says i should run 3 times a week, so i would be exercising every other day, correct?
Also, another thing is that i have just recently quit smoking cigarettes, so i figure i should try and take it easy for now.
Should i bring a bottle of water, anything?
