Hi All
I am just starting out on this journey and was looking for some help. I am a fairly rotund guy (FAT), but really want to lose weight and gain endurance. I have a 11yo son who I really want to be able to go out and jog with.
I am only on week 1 but finding that my legs are really starting to cramp on about run 5 of 8, will this start to go the more I run or is there something I can do to help with the cramp? Any advice is greatfully appreciated.
