Hi All - New C25K user - did a search of the forum and couldn't find an answer to this. I like to walk without my iPhone - my music and podcasts play from my Apple Watch. Can I use the Apple Watch app independent of my iPhone or do I have to carry my iPhone with me on runs? Thanks! Lars
