    Just starting is a great first step ( at least that's what I'm saying). My first day too.

    Today was day #1 and I've never ran before. I'm 41 and was able to do 1/2 of day 1 today. Is that good? Should I push myself harder to finish it? I also just quit smoking on June 20th.
