starting back after surgery

Hi there! I'm 39 (going to be 40 in April - eeeekkkk!). I've ran many 1/2 marathons, very slowly. I had surgery on both of my feet at the end of December. Being off my feet and eating holiday food (crap) I've put on the pounds. Starting back at running sick but here I am! Denise
