  5. Wk1d2 my legs hurt while i was running. But not so bad that i stopped. Came home and had a nice soak. Gonna do 30 minutes of stretching tomorrow and hopefully that will help
  6. Thanks Cendorly! I will try not to be so self conscious and keep telling myself to just keep moving. Today was ny rest day. Not really sore, just my right calve is a little tight. Im gonna do some stretching tomorrow before and after tomorrow and see if that helps.
  7. Hello all! Today was day 1 for me. I cant believe I actually did the entire 30 minutes. My issue is this, when its time to run, i did more of a light jog. Im not sure if i am extending my legs correctly. Most of my life i was pretty slim, but i had a car accident a few years ago ( struck by a vehicle while walking ) and i now fear putting stress on my body More stress. My bmi is high but i am determined to lose this weight! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
