  1. Hi everyone, Betty here. I just began the journey of running today. I was almost 200 lbs. 2 years ago and I have worked hard to take off 60 lbs. Changed my eating habits, treadmill every day. It came off slowly. Joined a fitness camp and kicked it up a notch a couple of months ago. I have plateaued so I needed a little more. I am adding a daily run to my workouts to lose that last 10 lbs. I participated in Touch Mudder Central Texas and had a blast. Definitely need strength and endurance training in preparation for Tough Mudder Dallas in September. I hope that I can grow to love running like I have with my fitness classes and yoga.
