My name is Jun and I'm turning 22 in June (haha it rhymes). I've always been an overweight girl. A lot of times I've started exercising but giving up after a week or sometimes even a few days.
To combat my depression my therapist is recommending I go through a lifestyle change, eating healthier and such and exercise is part of that regime.
Hopefully with this app I won't be quitting anytime soon!! I just finished Day 1 so I'm really happy. I had to pause for a few times to catch my breath but otherwise I think I did okay for a newbie
