Just turned 40 yesterday and I'm over weight. I'm ready to try to be fit again. I used to be in great shape and could run all day. I was an athlete in my younger days but marriage, a full time job and bad habits got me to where I'm at currently. I'm hoping this app will get from my current weight to a much healthier weight. I walk all day long for my job so I'm on my feet around 8 hrs a day. But I'm not getting the cardio I need. And I'm afraid my heart will just explode when I do run a little. But I will follow the program as well as I can and I'm looking forward to being more slim at 41! I've made/will make changes to my diet. Let's do it people! Let's get fit!
