  1. So I've been on this journey since the beginning of February, but have only recently started working out. I started by dieting, and I kept finding excuses to not start C25k. But one day, I just did it. I decided to just take it a day at a time, and three days later, I was at it again. Fast forward, I'm starting Week 3 and it's got me nervous. I also just found the squats app, and I will be starting that too. A little about me: I'm 29, married with 2 kids (3yo and 5 month old), was very active in high school. I started this journey at 254lbs, and I'm down to 231lbs. My goal is to get to 215lbs and run my first 5k this summer. The dieting was hard for me at first, but it's gotten much better. The exercise portion is much harder; with 2 kids and a full-time job. Sorry for the long post! I need some encouragement to keep going. Although I'm past halfway in my weight loss goal, I still have a ways to go. Cheers!
