    This is a new adventure for me. I have A-fib and thought I couldn't run. However, my walking buddy, my 12 year old dog, wants to run so I'm going to try. I did day one yesterday. I couldn't run a whole minute so did the best I could. I will do this but it will take me a little longer I think.
