  1. Thanks for your reply. I didn't run in the end on Sunday. I did the week 3 day 1 on Monday and it wasn't too bad. Today I cycled 5k in 15 minutes and then worked on my arms for 20 minutes. Feeling great. Ready for my run again tomorrow!
  2. I'm Michelle. I'm training for the big London 10k on 12th July. There are 30 of us from work doing it. I have completed Week 2 Day 3 on Friday and I'm wanting to run every other day. My question is should I redo Week 2 day 3 or move onto Week 3 day 1?

    Hi. I've been following this program for 2 weeks now. I run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday so I'm wanting to go again today. I found last Mondays one quite tough but it was easier on Friday. My question is would you recommend I repeat week 2 day 3 or move on to week 3 day 1.
