  1. This is my 2nd time here. Should I be writing here or should this be a "new topic"? Anyway, the important thing is I DID use the C25K app again today - my 2nd day in a row. Although I can't run every 'run'section, I'm doing every other one and walking briskly in between. For me, this is amazing! As I said yesterday, I haven't run in years! I am feeling kind of sore and achy tonight though. - Lilylover
  2. I used the C25K app on my phone for the first time today. I had to skip a few of the running intervals but kept walking and completed the 30 min. I have not run in years. Today marked a loss of 15 lbs for me so I'm very motivated to jump start my losing by adding this exercise. Up til now I have just walked. I hope I can keep it up.
