  1. Hi, I just started C25k and wondering why there are only 3 workouts per week; wondering if there is any direction on how to space them and/or what to do on the other days, thanks!
  2. Also, are there really only 3 workouts a week? Any direction on the other days?
  3. Hi, a friend convinced me to do a 5k in June, so here I go. I thought I hated running, but feel energized after these first few days; looking forward to dropping a few lbs while I'm at it!
