  1. Any advice for a beginner. How often should I train? I started T25 last week which is a 6 day program. Any advice is welcomed.
  2. I am a 36yr old mom of 2. I have gained over 150lbs in the last two years. I lost 37lbs only to gain some of it back. I hope this app help me. I want to lose 102lbs total. Plus I am training for a 5K in May. I've done 2 in the last couple of years but only walking. I want to be able to run a little of it this year.
