Thank you guys! I've just finished W2D1 and it didn't go too well if I'm being honest but hopefully it'll get easier by day 3

Hi guys! I've just finished week 1 day 3 today. Not gonna lie, it was tough! But I'm happy that I didn't give up after the first day. I will start W2D1 on Monday. I pray that I don't pass out on the treadmill.
