Week 1, Day 1 - OMG! It wasn't easy! I haven't run in years. My daughter has taken an interest in running and will be running in her first marathon in less than 3 weeks. I signed up to do the 5K the day before with her. I want to support her and it's great to do this together. So now I have 18 days to get ready! Day 1 - my knee hurt, my lungs hurt - 1 minute of running was my limit! Any tips are welcomed. I can do this. I will do this. I'll keep saying that!
