Helloooo! I am new here. Not new to running of course. I did 8 years in the Marines! I know about running! Wanna know what I know about running? I hate it. It's hard. It sucks. It hurts.
However...it is an amazing way to get and stay in shape. I thought I was just 19 yesterday. What happened!?! I refuse to be an old lady in poor health. I quit smoking. I cut way back on drinking (I live in Grand Rapids, MI. Beer City, USA. Soooo many choices!) and here I am...hoping to learn to love running. At least I will love what it does for my health and this weight I have found attached my bod. Lol!!! Please help me remain positive!
