I'm 34 yes old.....trying to get healthier for myself but also my 3 amazing kids and hubby. My mother died of a massive heart attack last July and then my aunt died in October of a heart attack. Needless to say heart disease runs in our family..... My goal to lose weight, learn to enjoy working out and become a healthier person!
