  1. ive been slowly progressing, had to linger a bit in week 4 before I could feel good about moving to week 5. But I did. Week 5 day 1 was tough but I did it, three 5 min jogs. But I'm looking ahead now. w5d2 does two 8.5 minute jogs. Scary but I thought I'd give it a try. But then! w5D3 is a 20 min jog. That quadrupled my max duration of 5 minutes (which I struggle with as it is) in just two days! Is it just me or is that an extreme jump? I'm very discouraged by this. I know I can't run 20 min straight yet. Why is that in there? They don't do it again in the next 2 weeks. Why kill us in week 5? I'm thinking of switching apps. Anyone have input before I do? Discouraged.
