Hi my name is Michelle, I was an athete a year ago I tore my Tband in my left knee I was unable to workout and it made me so angry, I finally had the chance to workout again after a year it felt so great. Five months ago I was rearended by another vehicle injuring my neck, lower back and my left arm. I am able to workout however, I am restricted from doing strength training by my doctor as it irritate my lower back.. I am glad to workout and hope I can get some Info how to train with my injury..
