I've lost over 100 pounds in less than 9 months. Clean eating, low fat, low carb, high protein diet, exercises 5 days a week. In May 2015 I will be running my first 5K. I've just started C25K and am on week 1 day 3. I have NEVER ran in my life. I am looking forward to this experience and reaching my goal. I'll take all the advice and support I can get! Thanks!
