I'm with you...59 turning 60 in Aug. I've done C25k before but couldn't keep it up because of my crazy work schedule. Also when I ran in an actual 5k race I realized that I was running the times but not the distance (apparently I'm slow). I could barely make it even though I went through the program. This time I really don't care about distance..just want to stay in shape and feel good...Tomorrow will be my 3rd day of walk-slog (slog is my version of running
