Hi my name is rock and I'm just starting out I have never ran like this before yes I've gone on long walks but this is totally new and thanks to a friend of mine who outfitted me with a beautiful pair of running shoes thanks to her discount I'm able to get started on the right foot so to say I'm looking forward to this I've been wanting it for a long time I'm 55 years old and when I see other people older than me in better shape than me it scares me I'm a truck driver and I need to do something as I sit on my butt all day long doing absolutely nothing but look out a window with a steering wheel in my hand this is my little bit to get me back in shape and enjoying life
