Hello, I'm kelly. I spent most of the time in the gym with little cardiovascular and I saw where my body could go. I liked it but now I want to try something new that doesn't cost anything to me. I love seeing whay shape and size my body can go with of course doing so in a healthy Manor. Keep up with me and I'll encourage you while you encourage me to loose some of this depression weight from when my dad passed away last March. Honestly I haven't kept up on a workout routine much since him, been eating somwhway healthy but ready for a change and to stop being a couch potato.. I partly wanna run now because I've watch litterately everything on netflix lol.
