Hello everyone.
Just wanted to introduce myself. My (nick)name is Moo and I am a 39 year old male from the US. However, I am currently living in Hanoi, Vietnam, where I am an Elementary Principal at an American school here.
I have been running for a while: I am a streak runner, which means that I run at least one mile a day, every day. My streak started on Sept. 22, 2014. However, I am using this app to learn how to run barefoot. I believe that running barefoot is best for me. However, I want to ease into it because when I previously usly just "dove in" I developed PF. So, I want to do it correctly ly this time.
