Hello!
I am about to start a travel blog, however I am very much out of shape! Not drastically overweight, but not exactly fit either. I have a ton of motivation to get in shape. However, my body keeps wanting to give out on me. Anyone got any good recipes for healthy eating that can help the body recover from extensive workouts? I have whey protein to try and help, smoothies, and high protein yogurts.
I am trying to push through 1 session each day since I only have 1 1/2 months to get into good enough shape to hike on a regular basis.
I want to travel the world, I don't want my own body to try and stop me!
