It's scary how many guys here have had heart attacks in their 40's. I'm 47 and have high cholesterol, so I'm hoping with a better diet, being more active and a bit of help from statins I can avoid that fate.

That's great Mark. I'm only 47 and have thankfully not had any serious health issues, but I am trying to get through this. Starting week 2 today.
