I am not new to running, but it has been about 2 years since I discontinued my training program. I'm excited to start again, but finding the motivation to get started again has been pretty difficult. When I started running the first time, I weighed 175 lbs. I lost 15 lbs in the first 2 weeks of running. By 5 weeks, I was 150 lbs! I was so happy! Now, 2 years later, I am the heaviest I have ever been at 210 lbs Running was the only exercise that helped me lose weight. So, here I am. I plan to run 3 times a week and also add in some other types of exercise! My goal weight is 130 lbs. Wish me luck!
