  1. Well done you on keeping going! I'm not an expert as I've just started, but I would actually suggest that you continue how you are! Maybe aim to complete an extra interval every time you complete a day to not get disheartened and know that every time you get out, you are improving. You've still got 5 weeks until the school 5k so why not aim to power walk it, at the end of the day, you are adding to your workout with your little one in the stroller as well! Good luck x
  2. I'm using a Fitbit for my steps (I bought it last year so already had it set up on my phone) and I'm using MapMyRun for the gps side of things. Not actually used this app yet as only changed to this one today after my previous app froze 2 out if the 3 times I've used it this week.
  3. I started this week and run outside, although I go early in a morning as I'm not ready to embarrass myself yet
  4. Hi all! New by here! A little about myself - I'm 49 with a BMI of 42. I've decided that I do not want to be fat, unfit and fifty so I've got 11 months to change myself, and only I can do it!!! My plan? I've rejoined my local slimming club (Slimming World - lost nearly 4.5 stone last time but bereavement, work and home stresses were my excuses to eat, eat and eat, resulting in me putting even more back on I've a couple of years
