  1. So I had to take a couple of days off bc my side pain did not want to go away. It finally has subsided but I don't want to fall behind on my schedule. My 5K is at the end of March. I am glad that I bought a pair of fleece tights though with it being 29° this morning.
  2. Always pee before you work out!!!!!! I had to go the entire time. Other than that, it was a perfect day to run. The weather was great and I felt really good the entire time. My last run interval I went all out and I can't believe I ran that fast! Today was my cross-trainging day and I'm ready to go again tomorrow.
