I am new here. When I "run" I am pushing about 75lbs of toddler and stroller. Plus I have a puppy at my feet. My only area to run is very hilly.
I keep repeating week 1 of the program because I can't yet run through all 8 intervals. There are 2 hills that I struggle to push the stroller up.
Today, it's technically my 2nd week 2nd day and I still only ran about 5 of the intervals.
I just feel frustrated with a lack of progress. My 10 year old wants me to run the 5k with him at his school on March 4th. I feel like I am never going to make it.
Any advice?
