Hi ladies! I am new to this as well, and also happened to begin my week 1 day 1 on 12/31/16. I am overweight and have been for many years now. I was fit and very thin in my early to mid 20's, but since the birth of my kids in 2007 and 2011, "fit" and "thin" have been a pipe dream. I'm ready to get my energy back and my body in shape. I've decided not to weigh myself this time though--I tend to get caught up in numbers: weight, calories, calories burned, miles run, time. If I take away the weight and calories, and the app controls the time, then I can hopefully just concentrate on portion sizes. Do any of you have a goal to run an actual 5K this spring?
