  1. To be honest it is several things. 1st I survived Breast cancer and had a stint do to complications from the cancer. I had always been healthy but had gotten out of shape with the excuse that I will work on it later. Getting my health back, I hope I will never take it for granted again. 2nd I have 2 dogs I got a few months before I was diagnosed and even though they where mostly puppies they sat with me through the process. I felt I owed it to them to be able to move faster and get out with them. My first 5k was the Doggy Dash they ran with me. So my motivation is the gift of being able to move. I am slow and steady it doesn't matter I am going out and doing it.

  3. Hi Lois here! I am going to start 7min tomorrow morning! I am on day 4 of the pushup challenge thought this would be a good compliment to what I am doing. I started c25k this last January and I ran my first 5k in May. I then started training for the 10K which I did in September. I am slow, but I am doing it! Twice a week I do Aqua Power. as well as hike with my dogs. I am hoping that a short workout will fit well into my routine.
  4. Hi Ann, I am 54 years old I started c25k this last January and I ran my first 5k in May. I then started training for a 10K I ran the Breast Cancer 10K in September and another one in October. I'm still overweight and I'm still working on it. I'm eating better. if I can do it quite literally anybody can! I'm not fast but I did it and I'm proud of it! I just started the 7 Minute workout we'll see how that goes. Keep up the good work!
