Hi all, I'm only week 1 day 3 but already I have knee pain - inner side left knee, and back of right knee. This happens every time I try to become "a runner"!!. I'm only just starting to work out again after having a baby 10 months ago so this new regime is a bit of a shock to the system but I thought the slow and steady approach would prevent this happening again. Should I just give up on being a runner, or do you just run through the pain??
